Mayor Sly James and Ron Ricks, Executive Vice President – Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer of Southwest Airlines, will join together to announce a new partnership between Turn the Page KC and Southwest Airlines. This partnership, beginning with a book drive sponsored by Southwest, will further Mayor James’ goal of ensuring every child can read at grade level by third grade.
